This video card is not produced anymore and the last driver (Version 2.1.0.92) is from 2013. This card works fine with Windows 10 if you disable fast startup mode.
You must turn off Fast Startup because it changes how drivers is loaded on windows 8 and above. At a cold boot the video card is not initialized correctly leaving you with a bluescreen the first time you try to use the card.
